Про МСЕК

Згідно з діючим законодавством, якщо пацієнт не має змоги особисто прийти на огляд МСЕК, рішення ухвалюється заочно на підставі направлення лікарсько-консультативної комісії закладу охорони здоров’я. Якщо ж термін переогляду інвалідності припадає на період воєнного стану, а особа не має змоги своєчасно пройти обстеження й оформити направлення на МСЕК, строк повторного огляду вважається продовженим на весь час дії воєнного стану та впродовж  6 місяців після його припинення/скасування.
